If you are reading this you must be interested in making some changes to your body. whether it be to improve your core strength, gain muscle, become leaner, feel stronger or just feel energised I can help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.

I offer a complimentry first meeting where we can discuss how we go about working together. I can then walk you through and let you experience the type of session i feel would benefit you. 

I offer group Pilates classes which I teach from my basement studio, one to one sessions and small group training programs (3, 4 or 5 people) I train both men and women of any age over 21. My fees are very competitive.
