Pilates classes

Joseph Pilates called his ‘mind body’ movement program Control-ology. My classes (both Zoom and in Person) incorporate the Pilates foundation movements to activate & strengthen the core, lengthen muscles and strengthen deep into joints and muscle fibres.

I am delighted to bring this amazing practice to you. What I particularly love about Pilates is that it is an exercise that absolutely anyone can participate in and reap huge benefits from as well.

I teach on Zoom - Monday at 9am or from my home studio.

Pilates is a movement therapy that supports people in daily life and in whatever other exercise they practice. It provides stability, strength and not to mention looking & feeling fabulous.
